1. Please describe for our clients the foundation that the Law Office of Audra Simovitch is built upon?
I started my practice in Estate Planning to assist my grandfather with his estate. I quickly learned that I could build a relationship with my clients while fulfilling a need. I enjoy working with my clients in both the Estate Planning and Real Estate aspect of law because I am able to establish a relationship with them. This relationship often morphs into them considering me as their family attorney who can assist with many of their legal needs. I become more than a legal advisor I often become their confidant which is a true measure of success.

4. Please tell us some questions a client should ask when looking for a Lawyer?
There are many lawyers licensed in the State of Florida some good some bad. The most important question to as a Lawyer is can you handle this matter? Often attorneys feel they can handle every legal matter but many matters that seem very simple can be complex; for example, if an irrevocable trust is not drafted correctly the tax saving measures anticipated may not be met.
5. Describe what separates the Law Office of Audra Simovitchfrom others in your space?
There are many Estate Planning attorneys and Real Estate Attorneys in South Florida. I have taken the time to gain the extra knowledge to ensure that when I am doing an estate plan I recognize the tax consequences that may lurk in the background. In Real Estate, I make sure that I respond to realtors and answer their questions so that they can inform their seller/buyer before they sign a contract. I make myself available and make sure I call back my clients’ which is often the most common complaint against attorneys. I tried to find the unique solution to each of my clients who is unique with own legal issue.
