As a Personal Trainer, Pam has worked in various areas of fitness for over 30 years. Since graduating from The University of Florida with a degree in Exercise Science, Pam has worked with a wide variety of clients, including, those with Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes and other chronic diseases.
She also specializes in outpatient Physical Therapy, outpatient Cardiac Rehab, and other physical challenges.
As a Senior Wellness Specialist for Satin Wellness, Pam focuses on working with those over 50, helping people create a healthier, more active and fulfilling lifestyle. Her training style is to work safely within a person’s physical limitations to become their healthiest.
Personal and professional growth is a passion that keeps Pam up on the latest research and information to get her clients strong, healthy and active.
Pam enjoys living in Boca Raton, Florida, where she takes advantage of the tropical climate and ocean, to enjoy many of her favorite outdoor activities.
Her passion for helping people has brought her to join the Satin Wellness team and she’s excited to use the LROME™ methodology that she’s worked with for years.
LROME™ is a proprietary and scientifically proven strength training methodology developed that focuses on strengthening specifically challenged muscle groups, is safer to use than full range of motion exercises and eliminates momentum and that makes LROME™ safer on joints and muscles. LROME™ was developed in 1981 by Steve Satin and is being used by over 600 people to increase muscle strength in a safe and effective way. It focuses on specific muscle groups and limits the risks normally associated with larger movements.
