Jeanine Seeger, M.S.
Jeanine Seeger is a certified Wellness Specialist in the LROME™ (Limited Range of Motion
Exercise) methodology. LROME™ is a scientifically proven and proprietary strength training
method that is safe and effective for all people. Since 1991, all our clients are instructed using LROME™
during their sessions.
Jeanine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from The University of Michigan and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Michigan University.
For the past 25 years she has worked in the health and fitness field with all ages as a strength and conditioning coach, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer.
Jeanine is passionate about empowering and inspiring others to reach their personal health and fitness goals. She believes fitness is a way of life that can and should be embraced by all.
