Robert (Bob) Connors is a certified Senior Wellness Specialist in the LROME™ (Limited Range of Motion Exercise) methodology.
Bob is passionate about creating strength and wellness programs to assist individuals in their own unique aging process. Developing muscle endurance and strength based on the LROME™ method has helped our clients attain their goals and improve all activities.
His background includes a Masters in Gerontology (Study of Aging) and 20 years of working in Healthcare organizations primarily with clients over 55. His education and work experience have allowed him to understand the changes to the body as we age. He also has learned the best preventive measures to incorporate to slow the aging process and improve functionality.
A proper individualized exercise program using the LROME™ methodology reverses decreased functional movement as we age.
Bob has seen vast improvement with clients physically, emotionally and socially.
LROME™ is a proprietary and scientifically proven strength training methodology developed that focuses on strengthening specifically challenged muscle groups, is safer to use than full range of motion exercises and eliminates momentum and that makes LROME™ safer on joints and muscles. LROME™ was developed in 1981 by Steve Satin and is being used by over 600 people to increase muscle strength in a safe and effective way. It focuses on specific muscle groups and limits the risks normally associated with larger movements.
